At this point it'd be a complete subversion of the standard plot if they just left his ass alone, lol. Shit always goes apocalyptic because the people of whichever world try to fuck with their nightmare superman & dissect him or whatever instead of just being friendly so he doesn't completely hate the human race. Yeah, sure guys, let's kill Devilman's family & lover, that could never lead to horrible, irreparable consequences!
