Wait they get married!?
Yep, they did! At the end of volume 16 of the manga and in volume 17 of the light novels. This story here takes place starting Light Novel 18. Hopefully they'll also eventually get married in the anime, would love to see it animated~

Hey dear. The next chapter drops tomorrow, so I cannot say yet if it will say it in there or not.
They are a happily married couple and they have a kid. So I can assure you they also have had sex at least once :meguusmug:
But you are correct in this case. She on purpose says it in a way where you can misunderstand. But in this case it's because it has been snowing a lot in Nyohhira and so Holo has been up at night to check the dangerous areas of the mountain for the villagers' safety. This might be a spoiler for next chapter though, haha.

Did they ever find that bear, I wonder...
I am not sure if you're just thinking out loud or actually wanting to know the answer. In case you want the actual answer, this is what I know: in the Spice & Wolf books (read until 23) the bear hasn't been found yet. Currently on book 5 of the Wolf & Parchment spin-off, here the bear is still relevant. There they actually have clues about its' location and all. Haven't caught up yet to the series, so not sure if he's found in one of the later books already.

Yep, for Holo "staying too late" may also be drinking, reading, chatting (also all these at the same time) and rarely working. I personally recommend the manga adaptation (14 volumes, completed) unless you can stomach the LN (I prefer reading actual books and the list is endless).
