As a romance fan I could see the ending from the first mention of this story like Keima from The World God Only Knows. I don't feel like kd and heretic have been acting very realistically from the get go and the writing hasn't been very subtle. The double speak connections didn't make very much sense and there is no veil of formality like you would expect in this setting, they're just blatantly arguing. The prince is also a bit too goofy. This setting is much more shallow than the martial arts realm.
