The pool of every person you know, plus every person that each of those people has ever known over the course of their entire lives is not a small number. At the very least, this coincidence is orders of magnitude more probable than 1 in 8 billion.Ok i love this story to death, but seriously what are the odds of him having a direct relation to the ONE PERSON that still remembers the constellation killer, if this isn't explained as some predestined prophecy thing I'm calling this 1 in 8 billion luck.
Thats my guess too. Remember, the Tower chose our hero, they gave him the SSS-suicide ability, to steal the Regression ability, because they didn't like the direction the 'story' was taking. Considering their connection, I wouldn't be surprised if that was part of why they chose him tooOk i love this story to death, but seriously what are the odds of him having a direct relation to the ONE PERSON that still remembers the constellation killer, if this isn't explained as some predestined prophecy thing I'm calling this 1 in 8 billion luck.
Think of it in the oppsite way. It's not that he happened to know the one person who was in the class with him, he knew one person that happened to be in the class, as confusing as it sounds. The trauma sequence reconstructs the trauma based on the memories of the person. Because the constellation killed nuked his one brain, the skill used KoD's memories as a susbtitute. After getting rid of all of this subtitute memory, one person still remained however. It would be weirder if KoD knew NOONE in the local school in his area. So he just went through the people in his head and figured this was the only person that could have been there. Further considering that the director wasn't a major actor, like one of the teachers or one of the direct bullies, it's not that unlikely.Ok i love this story to death, but seriously what are the odds of him having a direct relation to the ONE PERSON that still remembers the constellation killer, if this isn't explained as some predestined prophecy thing I'm calling this 1 in 8 billion luck.
It's a bit of statistical stretch, but damn if it isn't emotionally deliciousOk i love this story to death, but seriously what are the odds of him having a direct relation to the ONE PERSON that still remembers the constellation killer, if this isn't explained as some predestined prophecy thing I'm calling this 1 in 8 billion luck.
Contrived as it may be, it sure is satisfying to read lmao. You can see why he was selected as the protag of this story by the librarian and the tower lmao.Ok i love this story to death, but seriously what are the odds of him having a direct relation to the ONE PERSON that still remembers the constellation killer, if this isn't explained as some predestined prophecy thing I'm calling this 1 in 8 billion luck.
I'm calling it fate. The chosen one.Ok i love this story to death, but seriously what are the odds of him having a direct relation to the ONE PERSON that still remembers the constellation killer, if this isn't explained as some predestined prophecy thing I'm calling this 1 in 8 billion luck.
