The comic they're reading? No, Miyahara, Not You!, Obiya's other current series (drawn by Fujitaka Tsumuri). Altho, it's not exactly that series, as “ちがみや” is not the start of the title (ちがう宮原おまえじゃない！) (tho it is the reading of the short title (ちが宮)) and neither of the current volume covers lines up (tho it does look decently similar to Volume 1's cover). Kurage Bunch (Shinchousha) and Tonari no Young Jump (Shuueisha) are competitors, so I imagine he couldn't reference it explicitly.

Oh, no wonder they have such a similar vibe. I feel like I came across them around the same time...they have a similar sense of "this character is framed as an obstacle but everything is just pretty sweet actually".
