I'll take this over forced drama and the story overstaying its welcome. It could probably use 1-2 more chapters so the ending has more room to breathe, but I'm guessing it is/planned for a single-volume physical release, so it is what it is.

Try showing more empathy maybe, everyone's path in life is different, the search for happiness can sometimes take the shape of a bunch of one night stands because it fills your momentary needs and urges, and that's okay, what matters in the end is to find an answer to the question "what do you want out of life?", sleeping with a bunch of people doesn't lower your value as a human being, someone with a low bodycount isn't above someone with a high one, that's not how things work, we're all in the same boat here, let's not divide ourselves with non-issues, a little empathy and understanding goes a long way
