The simplest solution to his problems would be getting rid of the father and then doing whatever the hell he wants, whether that's the incest route, the Minha route, or nothing at all.
But noooo instead he's just being a dick to Minha, blaming her for everything, and giving the bastard ample opportunity to screw them all over again.
Though, I will say that I do agree with him on not wanting to be baby trapped after the second encounter. But like, with a more rational person, that could've been a discussion? Especially since pregnancy rarely actually stops psycho rapists....
