Wild natural order deck queen is playing. Sliver queen and masticore and erratic mirror. Was that legit how people played it back then? Respect I wish I could go back to playing in the 90s again w/ pokemon and mtg
She seems to be playing a variant of an old "Secret Force" deck from Extended format tournaments in 1999-2001, popularized by pro player Jamie Wakefield, which ran Natural Order, Verdant Force, and Masticore, with mana elves, etc., but those decks were usually either mono-green or splashing black.
Her splashing white for Swords and running Sliver Queen and Erratic Portal seems a bit different; I can't seem to find an example of a decklist like that that was used IRL.
See here for a Japanese MTG Wiki page with a couple decklists (in English) from Worlds 2001 and Pro Tour New Orleans 2001.

Almost every removal spell back then was for nonblack creatures, and Sliver Queen is an amazing mana sink for the Gaea's Cradle so it's got a lot of synergy.
