Scanlator here. I've updated the page name as the author is no longer refering to this as a 3-page manga.

There is some vagueness in this chapter which made it a bit tricky to translate. I interprated the red ピポ in the first page as the sound of an ambulence, which lines up with the red lights. I'm guessing that the "mark" on her arm, which I think is an exposed vein, is related to how they first meet each other and why an ambulence had to be called. I translate with that interpretation in mind.
