Btw, won't it be better to call it Scarity instead of somehow romanizing the japanese name? At least that's how the manga was catalogued on Anilist.

Unless there is an official English version of the title, the MangaDex upload guidelines state that you have to use a romanized title. So until this series (hopefully) gets an official English release, the main title will be kept “Sukaraiti”.
