This was never an ecchi harem manga. This was always an erotic horror manga.

I could tell this was the direction the manga was gonna go from chapter 1 (or 2? Whenever Eliza multiplied)
Even the setup at the chocolate factory and that other guy at the start going crazy after betting his life savings was enough to tell me that this story was gonna go in a dark direction.

People complaining that the manga with a bunch of old 80's horror movie references in its first few chapters and an unsettling premise didn't end up being a ecchi harem monstergirl slice of life really need to get better reading comprehension skills.
