Well the queen is not a virgin but because she and her daughters is basically immortal she outlive all her 7 husband. She is genuinely loyal to one husband each time and currently loyal to MC. Luckily MC is forever young so he is the final husband.

But in several versions of Wolverine, Logan did die because of drowning. Sure, it takes time, but he did die in the end. Logan still needs oxygen for his brain. I also searched on Google that he killed his son by drowning him, and his son is said to have the same extreme regeneration ability as his.

there's plenty ways to deal with immortal type abilities. If it's a regen type then charr everything. If it's true immortality type then bind with a chain and drop under water. Heck even dropping on magma works. Starvation is also a option. Or cut into pieces and burry underground like Shikamaru. Those got to be the most agonizing pains that an immortal will wish for death instead.

In chapter 1 he ran through a dragon's breath strong enough to completely destroy his armour and was completely unfazed, saying he did it simply cause it was the shortest way. It's gonna take quite a lot to take him out, if it's even possible.
