I know she’s frustrated but taking it out on the boy who didn’t know shit rather than on the teacher who intentionally elected the absent boy is such a dick move. Why is it most of the time that the main girl in a harem is the worst of the bunch? You're going to be right on the backstory bit. Many of the main characters have crappy backstories, especially the MC, which will at least partially explain why they behave the way they do.

Asagiri does get somewhat better as the story progresses, especially when you get to the end of volume 1 of the WN. She seems to become a more typical tsundere later on.

Jesus Christ, that Asagiri... why does the insufferable TSUN girl always have to be the main girl..? And no I don't to bother to wait for that lackluster dere🙄 It's annoying, this archetype.
