while she's a pro at analyzing/tasting food, i wonder how good her own cooking skills are, other than just enjoying bar hopping/izakaya i'm surprised we haven't gotten a 'day off' chapter where she preps her own stuff

i do like gyoza but not super into chives/onions, altho i've tried some frozen korean brand that was alright, if a bit spicy, with a tiny bit of noodles in it lol. not sure if i've had ravioli specifically but i've had some meat/cheese tortellini that was alright

id say they perfect match, but even she got tired of him blathering on :kek:

imagine if they had a monologue rap battle

tutor job seems interesting but while teens are emotional sometimes you have to be a bit harsh esp if parents are paying versus just sending them to cram school, better than half assing and taking money even if the kids are crappy study-ers lol

at least their words don't have malicious intent, altho imagine if mc did get pissed off and wanted to take out someone verbally , i wonder if she'll come across a chef as a fellow customer that's 'traumatized' or someone coincidentally running into her and being triggered that she'd prefer 'commoner' food versus someone that's done upscale restaurant cooking

tortellini is basically more interestingly shaped ravioli, so you've basically had it! though ravioli often has more filling compared to pasta, whereas tortellini (with the smaller internal volume and higher proportion of crimped areas) has more pasta than filling. i'll basically always sauce tortellini, whereas if the ravioli are large and the filling has the right flavors, i might just drizzle some olive oil and parm or black pepper.
