It's "I'm a prisoner" but the sentence, while grammatically correct, doesn't make a lot of sense in Italian, I'm not sure how to explain the reason though. It sounds weird if the phrase is alone
Maybe it makes more sense in the context of, Sawada is the only person who will ever read it?

It could be, but I Imagine, since it's also the title of the chapter, and looking at the context, the author wanted to write "Sono la tua prigioniera", that means I'm your prisoner and would make a lot of sense in this kinky scenario :) it's also a very hot phrase ahem

Yeah that form is the one that makes the most sense in Italian and also in the context of the chapter.

"I am a prisoner" or "io sono prigioniera" makes no sense. And even if you were to put the "owner" writing either "I am your prisoner" or "io sono la tua prigioniera", it doesn't get any better.
"Prisoner" has a quite specific meaning that finds context in few cases. And a bdsm relationship is not one of those.
The word "slave" or "schiava" would have worked better, but the author probably didn't want to use such a "heavy" word.
Most likely, he remembered it from Lodoss as others said or find it while messing around with a translator, but the main point is that he probably wanted to use a "fancy" language for better "scenic" result even tho it ended up not making any sense

Other than that, it'd be cool to get the lore reason as to why Minezaki knows italian lol

They were probably thinking of 虜 (toriko) when coming up with that prisoner thing. Basically when someone/something is so captivating you turn into their "slave" bound by love/addiction/lust ("I can't live without your dick anymore" etc.)
