I think this manga does an amazing job showing how toxic positivity and naivety can’t face or change mental illnesses because forcing happiness will never work. Having this representation of toxic positivity as this naive alien faced with the horrors that humanity offers and not understanding it misunderstanding it trying desperately to change but in the end not being able to is such a perfect example and representation is just sooo amazing.
