Thanks for the translation! Really loved this work. The way their relationship is portrayed is very poignant to me. It's non-conventional by society's standards and very complex in how it's defined, and I think that sort of thing needs to be more widespread in media. Normalizing the vast nuances of relationships and how each one is unique.

My favorite person sent me this because it reminded her of our lithro-aro(?) situationship, but I really appreciated mostly the depiction of asexual pursuit of peace and comfort. Love them so much.

Anyway the way I read the Iori's a-spec-ness is being a sex averse asexual and a romance favorable aromantic.

She isn't attracted to Jun, but she's still her girlfriend and is fine with it. She is also not a bad partner, so the relationship is stable.

Another contribution to the relationship strength is that Jun is a really good person who both notices and respects boundaries, and is fulfilled by the relationship, even with her girlfriend being aroace.

I'm going to have to say, while this was very cute and heartwarming, I didn't appreciate how one-sided it was. We see Jun putting in a lot of effort, but we don't see Iori doing anything special in return, even from a platonic sense. I understand some people may find the sexuality representation comforting, but I can't see it as a good representation of a relationship.
