The meaning behind this is simple. A person have to don't rely on help anymore finding their goal, when on the way, rest, once you're done back on your track you might seen someone that struggle to move more as you can see from that 3 pebbles head, though they don't have any desire anymore to move more they still going to help you, but depends. You might also seen someone that already reached their goal and brag about it and become that fatso. So it's just that I know of, well I could deep analysis this to have more meaning but that's the basic meaning not every meaning inside the manga
