Damn I hate when people say that kind of victim blaming slut shaming shit, and I've seen it a lot in manga/manhwa/manhua, so it's really great to see a character standing up against that bullshit. For some reason in romance (especially shoujo) manga in particular you see this trope of a character getting sexually harrassed/assaulted, getting saved by the love interest, and then the love interest immediately turning on them and lecturing/getting mad at them for "not being careful". Shit makes my blood boil. Forget best girl, Sun Jing is officially best love interest period.

Damn, Sun Jing..... I need someone like you. 10/10 Sun Jing is perf girlfriend material.

@Ruruskadoo 100000% agreed! She tells others that females aren't "inviting" anyone to peep at them. She is right though. Everyone teaches females how not to get raped or avoid perverts. Not teaching others to not grope, rape, or anything of sexual harassment/assault. We should be teaching that. Not the other way around..... I remember telling my father (who is feminist as well) that often states this. I don't know if its because he grew up mostly with women, had me and little sister, or gets along more with women but I am sure he would agree with this statement regardless.

Each side of this are equally stupid. Any person you actually need to tell not to rape another will not be helped by such advice, and by the same token, anyone you need to tell to not blame the victim will not be helped by such advice. Teaching people "not to rape" has got to be the stupidest notion out there, as if rape is an inherent desire that isn't obviously unacceptable.

From creepy stalker/harassing other women to defending someone from being harassed in public.

I guess you could call this character development lmao

@Yaujta except rape culture exists and if you dont call it out and let it be normalized, it will continue to let sick people think they can do whatever they want without consequences sooo yeah you are wrong in saying half of that. If you have a society that holds toxic standards of what is acceptable and don't do shit about it is not going to solve itself lmao
