Nope. At the start she really was Bitch, but at around this point he intentionally starts switching to Witch. I believe when the queen finds out, she makes a note to add that on as a new name for her to be addressed by.

It works less in translated due to witch being an established fantasy term by now and the insult meaning of it being rather outdated by now.
IMO, something like doubitch would be more accurate

it stongly hinted that her soul took advantage of Naofumi's creating a Shikigami and is the soul that bonded to Raph-chan, one side story has 2 souls talking about there an older soul in Raph-chan and that one of them could do the same but the idea was dismises by the other, another sidestory talks about a ghost in the village of a weasel type demi-human and after investigating only Raph-chan was there, in LN 21 it learn that in the past there was a type of weasel demi-human who has strong souls and was known to have soul manipulation skills that increased apond death and Naofumi himself sees a overlay of a weasel demi-humanon Raph-chan while Raph-chan is working on separating a soul in a mass of souls
