The sense I've been getting about the app is that, the more his requests line up with what they already want, the more "normal" they behave. Chapter 12's a good example; Aisaka is probably into into Masaki enough at that point that she really does want him to touch her intimately, but she can't just outright ask for that while conscious, for a few a reasons. Once her hypnotized self can tell that he clearly wants to touch her boobs, she's ready and able to tell him she wants him to do it, and even makes him do it. She can't disobey if he asks for it, but because she actively doesn't want to disobey, she ends up acting far more normal.

Makes me wonder if the author researched actual hypnosis. Hypnosis works Far better when your guiding a person to do something they already want to do. It can also backfire horribly if you get try to get someone to do something they don't want too. Using hypnosis to abuse a person's vulnerability can have horrific consequences. Even worse than someone who gaslights or abuses their partner. The app simply cuts through the hypnotic induction part of hypnosis and adds a sort of mystical Karma system. So far the story is pretty good. MC has a decent moral compass combined with hormonal induced lack of impulse control.

Based on the perspective of the girls and what he has done with other guys, that's doubtful. There definitely is a fantasy element in this manga.

I think that's part of the intent. He's trying to be trash but when he finds out they have issues he can't help but help them instead. The hypnotism is helping them release things they are trying to keep buried.
