Knew it. Shingo didn't really mean it whenever he wished that the surgery ends up in failure. I mean, if it's me at the very least, I'd have grinned, or celebrated internally (like thinking "Yeah! Fuck you, dad!") once it seems like the surgery won't succeed. He looked shocked or surprised instead.

I wonder if all of the responsibility regarding the failure would fall entirely on Kunitachi or Baumann. From what Kitou said, it seems like Baumann basically said, "Hey, let me be the anesthesiologist in that surgery. I can do it. Don't worry, I won't relapse or anything lol" or something like that to Kunitachi.

Naaaaiiisss, the Batista team is taking over. I knew that it's inevitable because of plot, but I'm hyped regardless.
