Well it became basic shoujo manga now huh
Was it ever not?
This artist is skilled at many things, but being original isn't one of them. Pretty much everything this artist has ever made is the same omosirē onna stuff of a strong-willed, stubborn character falling in love with a super popular sexual harasser.

Well, I suppose there's one unique thing to this artist and that's how much time is typically spent on the perspective of the sexual harasser. In クズとケモ耳 in particular it's actually the protagonist at the start of the story and the other character's thoughts aren't ever seen until chapter 8 I think.

It's an extremely common trope. The omosirē onna which means something like “interestin' girl”.

It's really quite simple:
  • We have one male character who is extremely popular but bored due to all the attention he's getting and how no one ever talks back at him.
  • We have one female character who's extremely strong willed and stubborn who is completely not impressed with the former whom everyone else completely fawns over.
  • The former becomes interested in the latter due to finally seeing something he can't easily get and then typically utters some variant of this line.
  • The former typically, for whatever reason, decides to express this affection by sexually harassing the latter all the time.
  • It somehow works and the latter falls in love in the end despite starting of hating the former.

I think I even made a joke at the end of the first chapter mocking how common and done-a-thousand-times-before this particular trope is.
