Dude is either retarded, I mean fully mentally handicapped. Or the world from which he isekaied from has body-shapes reversed. Flat girls are best girls, dudes have minimum double-D chests or something. Would explain why he thinks his mom is a woman, but every male guardian that has visible tits and female curves is magically a dude in his eyes

1:39 has a very dense MC but it still works because he says things every chapter that make the woman mindbreak without realizing it. The MC in this story is extremely dense but he doesn't interact with women at all outside his "male" bodyguard. It's like why am I even reading this so I dropped it.

I mean dude in 1:39 got kinda isekaied into a full grown dude. He gone to school like day 3 after being isekaied so he isn't like used to the fucked up world dynamics there IIRC. While this dude isekaied to a kid, and spent 15 years in this world.

I mentioned in previous chapter how this 1:20 manga create a nice progression of worlds of sorts, with the 1:5 manga and 1:39 manga. In the 1:5 it "starts to be weird", dudes are kinda assholes cause they have a buffet they can choose out off, girls start to be desperate but still kinda normal. 1:39 is full blown male hunting by perverted females, full blown male-guardians teaching schools, males forced to donor sperm to keep human race going.

This 1:20 one is unreadable cause MC is so stupid it hurts to read it.
1:39 is actually kinda funny to read - MC isn't really dense and if you take the R18 side into consideration - he actually kinda thrives in his new world.
1:5 - also has a dense MC. Dude is a "nice guy" behaves nicely with every single girl. His GF broke up with him, cause his behaviour towards everyone is basically the same and she felt like his relationship with her isn't special at all. Dude didn't get the memo - got isekaied to the 1:5 ratio world, and goes around "nice guying" and making every single girl fall for him - slowly creating a train wreck of a messy drama with yanderes and stuff. He is like dense/retarded, but not in idiotic way like this dude (1:20 one). Thou its not as bad so its readable.

Why have the FMC forget her "disguise" only for it to go NOWHERE!? In fact it was just used to make the MC look dumber.
And apparently ALL the girls are weak to chivalry?! None of these carnivorous women would take that as a green light and jump him?
