Okay...so this MC is a really dumbass of the highest tier...
Even with the whole thing of the teacher leaving before explaining what a guard student is, MC being absent when he should have heard of it when the school year and everything...to not know his own fucking cousin gender is almost retarded.
I've read that in the novel her chest isn't so big, so I checked the art of the novel...they are big like in the manga, possibly more, and she is wearing the guard uniform the same way, this MC is dumb as a rock and his eyes are decorations.

Yes, I know that is really the author that made a shitty world building, could have easily put the girl in a customized uniform made the sash make a miracle and contain the twins or even just took cosplay gear from Dress Up Darling that can help in hiding shapes, but nope, put the girl with the biggest booba close to MC with a binding that is useless and then lobomotized the protagonist to force him to not face reality.
