Well, they don't have a claim on the 'restaurant' concept tho the 'in the sky' part sounds interesting

"Bistro" does sound fancy but i think other than some custom dishes it shouldn't hopefully be too overpriced compared to other restaurants, if not ppl just using a french word or so

No. If it was originally non-split, then the translation is required to be uploaded non-split as per rule 3.2.2.

i can imagine there being places where the food is super cheap but ppl pay extra for the beer esp in an isekai world where it'd be 'rare', or vice versa, since i go to one cafe for some boba/fruit tea but the food/dishes they have is probably overpriced for the serving but most who go there are college students studying versus filling up

Either way i wonder if there'll be a unique hook to it besides the flying ships or so like her finding a menu item/customizing a dish to the customer or so , if not switching to another POV and them finding the place and enjoying it as a discovery like restaurant to another world unless that's too similar

At least in the US, "bistro" has a slightly more upscale connotation than "pub".

Have you emailed them? it's only been two months. (plus one chapter being 58 pages is a lot for a one-person 'team' to do lol) I hear the "etiquette" is a 3 month wait before posting a "request" for someone else to pick it up/translate it on the subreddit

Otherwise we just have to be patient and hope the original tl is still interested
