Usually I'd agree that I hate kids in manga randomly being able to beat up adults, but here Ars is heavily implied to be the Hero, which in manga usually means they have god-given abilities that naturally put them above others. So child Ars beating up adults with freak-level Hero Power isn't too surprising.

In this case it actually does kind of make sense though, considering the absolutely absurd levels of power he's shown throughout the entire manga.

And don't forget dragon meat that was feed the entire village for prolong amount of time. Kid absorb all that dragon energy when he was just the fetus. It's been so long so no surprise it forgotten.
