That's disappointing

Sufficiently interesting pairings being watered down by the author getting distracted by 'possible' pairings is always frustrating. In this case I guess it's not surprising since the author seems to mostly be thinking with their, ahem, 'tail'... but it's still disappointing.

You misunderstood, I meant literally. The MC here ends up being surrounded by girls, they may not be all into him but the author goes out of his way to have them suggestively interact with the MC to the point of even sleeping with all of them in the same bed.
