That and he wants the priests to figure out the "details" by themselves. At best, it'll be ineffective, at worst they'll be going around, eliminating all microrganisms in people's bodies, causing an onslaught of unknown illnesses. It's as if he wants to make a point not to rely on unearned knowledge that's beyond your understanding... execept he himself does not practise this principle.MC: vaguely describes bacteria
Also MC: "When you cast magic [...] you have to strongly visualize eliminating and destroying bacteria."
What could go wrong?
Agreed. Dividing into even more than four parts? That's insane. I've had actual IV that was less of a drip feed than that. What the hell are they trying to accomplish? At this point, why not publish individual panels every couple of days? It'll last forever...Ty for your work. I wish the publisher didn’t chop up chapters this much though, sometimes they are split mid-conversation and it’s kind of jarring.

Shrinkflation and the general enshitification of anything that can be monetized at large. The manga we consume has largely moved to an online distribution model, rather then scanning from a physical magazine. So the publishing website can distribute more chapters with fewer pages which in turn means more eyeballs on their website, and more ad revenue.Agreed. Dividing into even more than four parts? I honestly can't believe people haven't had thoroughly enough of the "engagement" model pushed everywhere, now they're tolerating it even in their manga reading? Hell, why not force them to play a "crop harvesting" game at this point? If you miss your virtual corn's harvest hour, you only get one page from the chapter, but fear not! You get another chance at next harvest, in a few hours...Shrinkflation and the general enshitification of anything that can be monetized at large. They can also encourage subscribers to check in more often for daily/weekly uploads of chapter parts whereas before it would have been longer intervals between full chapter releases.
So yeah, it's all about money and trying to keep as much of audience focused on their products while squeezing out enough money to satisfy the perent companies and their investors.
Just the way the world is moving. The clothes we wear, the vehicles we drive, and the appliances we use daily. They are no different then the media we consume.
