That and he wants the priests to figure out the "details" by themselves. At best, it'll be ineffective, at worst they'll be going around, eliminating all microrganisms in people's bodies, causing an onslaught of unknown illnesses. It's as if he wants to make a point not to rely on unearned knowledge that's beyond your understanding... execept he himself does not practise this principle.

Agreed. Dividing into even more than four parts? That's insane. I've had actual IV that was less of a drip feed than that. What the hell are they trying to accomplish? At this point, why not publish individual panels every couple of days? It'll last forever...

The manga we consume has largely moved to an online distribution model, rather then scanning from a physical magazine. So the publishing website can distribute more chapters with fewer pages which in turn means more eyeballs on their website, and more ad revenue.

They can also encourage subscribers to check in more often for daily/weekly uploads of chapter parts whereas before it would have been longer intervals between full chapter releases.

So yeah, it's all about money and trying to keep as much of audience focused on their products while squeezing out enough money to satisfy the perent companies and their investors.

Just the way the world is moving. The clothes we wear, the vehicles we drive, and the appliances we use daily. They are no different then the media we consume. Corporate greed touches all aspects of our lifes.

Planned obsolescence is a design philosophy manufacturers use so we have to buy new stuff every 5ish years. Gone are the days where your washing machine would last 20 to 30 years with only minor maintenance

It's even worse for clothing as some brands can only be used once or twice before literally coming apart at the seams. And vehicle manufacturers, in addition toreducing the longevity of their parts has started incorporating monthly paywall freatures into their vehicles.

Even more depressing is how investment companies and holding firms are buying up apartment complexes and trailer parks and jacking up the rent as high as legally possible.

Actually that last bit was just recently proven wrong. Some of the software a major consulting firm was using to price rental agreements was deemed price fixing and illegal. So if you are renting an apartment or land in a trailer park in North America, might wana look into if you were affected.
