I'll give it a couple chapters since the premise is interesting, but I'm not really feeling the art style, so who knows how long I'll stick with it.

Okay, trying to make sense of the beginning here. I don't know if the daughter from the past life really did want to become a doctor at one point, or if she changed her mind down the line, but the father seemed dead set on keeping her in that career line. The daughter was planning on getting a scholarship, which would be beneficial if she's aiming for the doctor education, but the father downplayed it, which is kind of dumb.

There seemed to be some miscommunication between the two before the father passed on. Maybe the father so set of having her becoming a doctor 'like his deceased wife/her mother' was his way of not moving on from her death and was stuck to the past. If it was a recent death, I can understand him not coming to terms to his wife's departure yet and the daughter's trying to do what she can to provide support to the house, probably by seeking a part-time job, and that thing the father just tore up was a flyer for a job fair.

Will have to wait for future chapters to learn more, but oof, that's gotta be rough for the daughter, having their last talk being a fight and calling her father at toxic parent, then suddenly leaving out of her life before anything was resolved. If she lost her mother recently, as well, that's a double whammy of trauma right there. Would not be surprised if the new daughter in this isekai was also reincarnated after she unalived herself.

My best guess is that the daughter doesn't want to be a doctor (anymore, at least) and was planning to do something else with her life, which her father didn't approve of, hence her talks about getting a scholarship so he wouldn't have to pay the tuition; basically, he can't "complain" since he's not footing the bill.
