Yes, but Rimuru doesn't reciprocate it. Girls like Shuna, Shion, Chloe, Milim, Ramiris, Hinata, Ciel, etc. are in love with him, but it's not the same as being lovers like Youm and Myuran.

@Kamil411 I think you’re the one who needs to re-read what @Farysta said. The point that they were making is that the main story has the tidbits that explain plot holes in this side story. Like, for instance: why the witch is walking around free and even helping build the new barrier, instead of still being locked up like she was being the last time we saw her. (For anyone interested, it’s in ch. 61 of the main story.)

@johnpoop2529 What would be the point of that when Rimuru doesn’t even have a dick anymore?! And it’s not that he doesn’t reciprocate their love. He loves all the girls, he just can’t respond to it. Being lovers with one of them would just be inciting the rest and all for what? NOTHING! And being lovers with all of them, as if. They all want to be his wife. His real first wife, which naturally means family, children. And because he’s Rimuru, he could actually achieve it (having children by some means, like perhaps possessing a body), but it would mean sacrificing his power, just like the first True Dragon, Veldanava did. But after achieving it with one girl, he’d have no more power left to have children with any of the others, and he’d be left mortal.

When Stellar Dragon King Veldanava had his daughter and lost his power, he used the majority of his remaining dragon body to create a pet dragon for her. Afterwards, he was basically left human and died shortly thereafter because [The Voice of the World] set up a scenario for his and his wife’s demise due to Its believing that he, as the Supreme Creator of the Universe, betrayed the world and its creatures by no longer loving them all equally after falling in love and marrying a human woman, fathering a child with her, and losing his Powers of Divinity to his daughter. Since Rimuru ends up with the same status, as a Transcendental God in charge of the Universe, if he fell in love with any of his “children,” (the girls) more than the rest, and sacrificed his power to have a child, he’d be treated to the same demise scenario.

Rimuru does his best to love them equally but he even says that since becoming a slime he doesn’t really have a sexual desire anymore anyway.

And it’s believed that [The Voice of the World] created him that way when he reincarnated on purpose because it predicted that Rimuru would end up becoming such a powerful being (possibly) because he is the reincarnation of Veldanava, or his wife or both since they died together and their souls got shattered and scattered together, causing them to be mixed.
