This is speculation, but the translator (Tempest) suddenly took a one year break after Chapter 81. So most reader moved on to another manga platform.

The comment sections for Mangadex were disabled for a few months (maybe even a year or 2) after 2020 due to circumstances. (i think it was something to do with ddos)
