Elmesia's so haaaaawt. I absolutely love the art in this manga. It's so much better than the original illustrations from the LN imo

Peronally I like the illustrations in the original, they have a different vibe but their at least the same quality. The one thing I will say, however, is that the scanalation still uses their phonetic names for things instead of the official names from the light novel. This is especially noticeable this chapter, because with the release of Volume 18 of the LN, it's pretty easy to see that every word of "The Sorcerous Dynasty of Thalion," is important.

Myourmiles, Elmesia's, and Rimuru's shenanigans are some of my favorite sh*t in all of Slime.

I love the economic plays in this series, even more than the fighting.

Rimuru, planned or not, is cementing Tempest as the center of the whole world. Be it trade, tourism, entertainment, food & hospitality, safety, speed of travel, etc., they're the best one stop shop.

Everyone will ALWAYS want to take the Tempest route to go east or west, because convenience will always trump all.
