I think Nari will feel more powerful to Akuto but then lose because the general viewers think of her other pet/mascot role and want something fresher. This is the downside of being TOO popular a voice actor, like how Sabat's Zoro is very good but makes people think too much of his Piccolo (even though it's very different from his Vegeta and slightly different from his Piccolo, he has quite a range but you can't change the fact that it's still, fundamentally, his voice) so it's unnerving at first.
This leaves room for Ikuto to "win" but still be unhappy with the result. "I only won because you're too well-known, we'll have an even battle when I reach your level of fame" or something.
But we'll see, this manga has surpassed my expectations before and it can do it again
