As he's guaranteed to come up with something outrageous and tasty, the main issue is preventing a win via underhanded trickery. Thus, each of the judges' specialties would snare him if he attempted to cheat the rules (Nobunori), present ugly food/behavior (Hongo), create sensory overload (Shion), or serve non-nutritious/toxic dishes (Kepel).
