She just unfortunately gets dragged around by the MC, because of her status, and usefulness as a “pawn” in the MC’s plan…I pity her immensely as well

I do have to say that this was a bit hard to read for me.
So much emotion and the pure evil in this chapter was so guttural. So props to the author for writing the sorry and the translators for being able to to present the authors work in the best way possible.
