You know I'm pretty sure the people writing that law banning the death penalty for children wouldn't have meant "you just need to delay the execution until they're of age", my dudes. >.>;
Of course, the only law enforcement against the emperor here seems to be "the duke thinks it'd be bad to break the law", so I'm not clear what they even have laws for.
(...In other news, it's fascinating to me that the aide understands a bit about human nature unlike the duke, but his conclusion from that understanding is "we should kill her immediately before we grow a conscience". What does it say when you're thinking "Oh my god, we'll be in so much trouble if we start having any morals"...?)
