I don't think they're playing the pocky game right.

Thanks for the chapter!
It's a reference to the Setsuban celebration, specifically, the Kansai regions' "ehoumaki",where one eats an un-cut piece of makizushi in the lucky direction of that year, with some folks attempting to eat it with as few bites as possible.

Results in the obvious of many aspects around February 3rd.

do they even have proper teeth to chew that? but cute lol

be amusing to see a conveyor belt sushi shop have a long ehomaki at like the last five mins and everyone grabbing at it or so XP

it'd be hilarious if it was like 'ehomaki happened when some sushi chef didn't feel like cutting it up' like how chips were accidentally invented(?)

Rare?...

KC is big enough that new daily content is a thing, and it's the only thing keeping the game alive.

Look hard enough, and one can find just 'bout anything.

And I mean anything.

Depends, does getting constantly reloaded a good thing?,among other things.
Rare outside of Japan* Man I remembered when kancolle was the only one on the block. Massive even though they don't want you playing their game as a gaijin.

Again,not true.

Ever since the Japanese Tweet that propelled it into the limelight, the West has major fandom.

To the point an English wiki,English fan made translators, the very short lived official English,an official English dub of the animated series years after initial release, and the many die hards on Reddit exist.

However,it was most certainly not the only big shot, nor the biggest shot.

Fate came out in 2004,and it is second only to the absolute power house that is Touhou, having been around since 1997 and pioneered the many likeable characters aspect other franchises would follow suite.

It would come full circle with the 2020 release of "Touhou LostWord",the gacha-ish RPG that make use of quite a few gacha elements.
