Sorry, bit of a technical term there, a "random walk" just means random movement through some space, which might not be physical space. In this case I mean the "space" of all the things that might happen next in the plot.

So "Random Walk Plot" is just a fancy way of saying "the plot is totally random, things happen erratically, seemingly with no long term story plan".
