How am I so delusional that I somehow thought older brother guy was going to be less of a bastard than his younger brother... Even seeing the end of chapter 4, I was still trying to come up with scenarios where he wasn't a monster. What was I smoking lmao. Hope MC hangs in there, and I hope his doctor crush made it out safely. He definitely doesn't need the added trauma of finding his corpse down there with them.
