Oh dear, I don't think this is going to go the way Junsu wants it to. Even though he did that to save him, I doubt the brothers are going to keep him around now that they know how he feels about him. And wow, I definitely won't be sad if the doctor sunbae bites the dust. Junsu deserves better.
