There's implications that she's possibly Bi. (This chapter implies Makato and her starting to love both Ai and one another on the same level) She's just in love with Ai. Great chapter, I wish the author would slow down the fights and twists a little so the characters can have more time to properly evaluate the situation and have more interactions like in this chapter. Especially when the characters in this manga are so self-aware making them good proxies for the reader trying to make sense of the plot, such as Yukiko realizing that her own clothes are unusually sexy like if it was some cosplay (though I hope she doesn't try to fight the system and wear normal clothes from now on).
