Damn, that post script art. She seems so consumed by the fact she was literally holding hands with her crush the whole way to where their paths diverge.
And, yeah, a neat 'we crossed paths' thing, where he doesn't even realize that was probably Yamada.
HoriMiya did something similar where Miyamura and his only friend at the time crossed paths with Hori and Sengoku one time while in their prior schools during a flashback...
I remember this happening in the anime, and I thought it was absolutely adorable that this happened. I like when there's at least some sort of connection like that, even if it's only incidental.
