If it wasn't for the fact the chart said 'from an onlooker's perspective', I'd have called foul at Kyo being on the 'bad person' side of the chart. Also, Moeko and Serina feel like they wouldn't be on that side, either, if it wasn't for that qualifier.
Also, Chii is the most unintentionally bad of the good people, for sure. That 'why are you here' wasn't really meant to imply anything, pretty sure, because Chii is just that 'head empty' (fortunately, it did give Kyo and Anna some alone time). But I guess in the instance with the 'onee-sans', she actually kept Kyo's ego in check..? Also probably calmed the rage of jealous Anna, who was staring intensely just prior to that.
I love that the anime had him sing the second opening, "Boku Wa..." when it was his turn on the mic.
Also the fact that he's now aware of Anna's feelings makes him actually even more wary and uneasy is so on-brand for Kyo with his current mental state. It's an understandable setback on his path to telling her the extent of his feelings. Just another of those moments showing it's not the usual formulaic RomCom shit, but instead feels like actually evolving, or at least changing, individuals and how they'd interact and influence each other.
