Wouldn't give it that tag, either, because IMO while boyfriend obviously cares about her brother, I'm not convinced he's in love with the brother or still in love with his girlfriend and projecting her onto him.
Also, who else thought the boyfriend caused Chikas death somehow and brother will be next victim?

Either way, great art. A different spin on a difficult topic, that really only works because the parents are gone all the time without any mention at all.
