What ntrbait? I myself think ntrbait is lame and weak pretty much always in "normal" manga but this clearly isn't. From what we saw she clearly is doing it with these men out of her own accord (to not be excluded?) while lil bro of hers isn't much more than a rather distant family member (until now) that now tries to ~make her happy~.

Is it vile and uncomfortable? yeah, sure. but no ntr in sight with lil bro being the only other guy

Yeah... This is... Unsettling at best. There's a lot of directions it can go... I'm unsure if it's fair to say there's no "good" routes or just almost no "redeeming" routes...
