imagine having a setting where it all about supplies, and being lazy and half assing it, when it's literally the main point of the whole setting... Unless the translators fucked up in translation?
He says he ransacked multiple places (warehouses?) and all it showed on the screen is 200bags of rice, 180 beverages etc? Really? A normal super market has more beverages on the shelves at a time than 180 and you're telling me that's all he got after MULTIPLE warehouses? A single PALLET has more cans than 180 most of the time (depending on size)...
How to screw your whole story from the very beginning 101, this shit is literally what the WHOLE story is about and it's this sloppy? Just yikes.
