But, Zain is just asking for the normal post-date activities, isn't he? And he better find one extra person for the circus since he's going to have to bump off Mini-cockblocker there.
@Uvenam They’ve been an important part of the story for a while so there aren’t any unnecessary characters here. You’re just mad because they aren’t working towards removing the duke’s curse.
@uvenam I for one care about those two, as do a lot of other people. They're integral to the story of Duke, as they're some of the few friends that the Duke actually has that he can trust. Not to mention they're the ones who gave the Duke a connection to the witching world, which is literally the only way they're going to get anywhere in terms of removing the curse. You do understand that there are more characters than just merely the lead male and female protagonist to any story? Unless you want a very flat and single lined narrative, which can be very boring.
I have to admit, when the supporting characters aren't hanging around the Duke, I find them kinda boring. I mean, they aren't bad, but this chapter offers absolutely nothing that feels plot-relevant.
@goodhunter same here, the two of them have been very important to the story and I also enjoy seeing their own romance blossom besides the romance between the Duke and Alice
On a side note: I think Zain’s personality would actually make the mood better
Well, I'm glad the circus crew hasn't been written out of the story entirely. Though it feels a little too soon to see them again. It's like having a heartfelt goodbye only to come back a few minutes later because you forgot your keys.
