This is the kinda crap I hate about Chinese novels. They will repeatedly let the main villain go, again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again. Everlasting cockroaches.

And it's always the same garbage trope: "If I get rid of her, then he'll look at me!". No, reality won't ever work like this. If you're a shitty person, even if you were the last woman on earth, that guy probably won't bother with you.
