Well halfway through chapter 1 and the mc is a completely unlikable guy. His idea of normal is speaking to no one, interacting with no one, and spending all his time alone reading porn mags.. I know it’s cultural but this whole trope of caring about people staring at you because you spoke to someone in class is one I don’t think I’ll ever be ok with. I know the Japanese way is to not cause any waves and keep everything in harmony but does that really include not being able to speak to others? I think this is why when I do come across a manga where the MMC is what I personally consider a normal guy it really stands out to me. I just wish we had more of them. Living your life always worrying about what other people think isn’t living your life..
